5 Acts of Kindness

I am writing this blog as a course work of my Amal’s fellowship.

Well, for the past 30 minutes, I’ve been continuously firing different thoughts in my head in order to come up with the five random acts of kindness that I performed in the previous 24 hours, but unfortunately, it appears that my brain is not going to help me remember anything today, and it, along with the rest of the world, is conspiring against me.

Since it appears that my brain is having trouble retrieving information from my hippocampus, let’s talk about kindness instead. I don’t know about the rest of you, but I do know about myself, and I enjoy the peace that comes from accomplishing good deeds. Consider what life, human behavior, and society would be like if there were no compassion in the world. That’s a simple question because none of these things will happen due to erratic and selfish behavior. We would be hostile like monkeys if we didn’t have kindness, considering we are descended from them. Kindness and compassion are what distinguishes humans from animals, yet without them, we are no better than animals. We shall behave like animals, exhibiting antisocial and erratic tendencies that will lead to the extinction of societies, cultures, and humanity as a whole. It is the act of kindness that give us superiority over the animals. Monkeys and humans are both members of the same animal kingdom, but only humans possess the qualities of humanity and kindness, whereas monkeys lack the ability to think and act like humans. There will be anarchy in the world if compassion is not practiced; neither humans nor other species on the planet will be spared. As a result, we should continue to commit acts of kindness in our daily lives, no matter how trivial they may be. It is what distinguishes us from other species and provides comfort to our lives.
